Kristin's Blog on the Summit. My personal blog in regards to the Washington Youth Summit on the Environment. First full day: at National Zoo and “On Coal River”. This morning we got ready and I went and ate breakfast with Jesi. She is attending George Mason in the fall and her orientation is going on concurrently with the summit, which stinks! Thankfully Jesi already knows a guy named Neil who works with a group of Mason’s student leaders so she called him and he helped us out! Leave a Reply Cancel reply.

In his book,. The men, the women, the children – all come. Look at the faces:.

Where in the world are Barry and Renee? Just another WordPress.com site. July 27, 2015. A Favorite Place: Jalan Bisma – Ubud, Bali. We love Ubud; our favorite road in this Bali town is Jalan Bisma. You’ll see why. Near the town center, Jalan Bisma includes a good mixture of rice fields, home stays, restaurants, and spas. Our favorite place to stay there is Vera Accommodation; we like the sunny rooms, great breakfasts, very reasonable price, and wonderful family. View from our deck at Vera’s. Across the s...

Where in the world are Barry and Renee? Just another WordPress.com site. July 16, 2015. Barry’s Gleanings: Wine is Healthy – Here’s Why. Since alcohol often doesn’t do good things for a person’s brain, I’ve wondered why wine is often touted as healthy – being good for your heart and a way to burn fat. A Danish study may explain the paradox. Perhaps the health of wine drinkers isn’t caused by wine so much as by the fact that wine drinkers like wine in the first place. The greatest predictor of health,...
