Picky Palates: Cajun Grilled Chicken

This dish was alright. not that enthused about it. It was a usual summer grilled chicken. But i can't say it wasn't bad! I think what wasn't so great about it, was that I forgot to spray Pam on the grill before putting the chicken on it so the chicken stuck to the grill and that was a huge pain! Fun and Tasty Challenge. I have decided to try something out! I am going to attempt to make one new recipe a week and blog about it! Blog what my picky palate eaters say about the recipe that i made. (meaning Justin, Luke, Matthew and myself) I have a couple of passions and that is cooking and photography! I started a blog last summer about posting recipes but that didn't seem to feel like it was satisfying. So this time I am going to make it a challenge! Well it's a girly movie, but i love it!

Spicy Mesquite Chicken Fettuccini. 8 ounces uncooked fettuccini. 1 tbsp chili powder. 1 tsp ground cumin. 1/4 tsp ground red pepper. 2 tsp veg oil. 1 pound mesquite marinated chicken breasts, cut into bite sizes. 1) Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt.
