Amount Measure Ingredient - Preparation Method. 1 head cauliflower - chopped. 1 large onion - chopped. 1 bunch assorted peppers - chopped. 1 bag lima beans. 1/4 cup half and half. 1 teaspoon salt and pepper. Chop cauliflower, onion and peppers. Start sauteing onions, peppers and cauliflower in butter. Stirring often cook for 30 minutes. Add lima beans and corn. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Amount Measure Ingredient - Preparation Method. 2 cans pork and beans - baked. 1 cup brown sugar. 1/2 cup brown mustard. 1 pound smoked bacon - cooked and drained. Cut bacon into pieces and saute till cooked. Drain 2 extra large cans of pork and beans. In bowl mix bean, molasses, brown sugar, ketchup and mustard. Place in baking dish. Cook minimum of 3 hours. Food Process: all ingredients 2 tbsp reserved bean liquid. 1 cup - red lentils, boiled until soft. 2 tbsp - ginger root, minced. 1 tsp - mustard seed. 2 tbsp - fresh cilantro, chopped. 4 - large tomatos, chopped. 2 tbsp - olive oil.
