We are what we eat. Cooking. Eating. Gardening. 2 c flour 4t baking powder 1t cinnamon 1t salt c sugar 2 eggs c oil 1c milk 1 lemon zest 1t vanilla 2c frozen blue berries. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Oil muffin tin then dust the muffin tin cups with cinnamon and sugar mixture. Add dry ingredients to a larger bowl. In second smaller bowl combine wet ingredients. Stir blue berries into dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients to blue berry flour mixture until just combined. Bake until golden brown.
