Tsatsiki (Greek Cucumber Dip). 2 medium (6-7 inches) or 1 VERY LARGE cucumber. 1 cup sour cream. 1 cup plain yogurt. 2 medium cloves garlic, minced finely. Peel, seed, and coarsely grate the cucumber. Combine everything in a bowl and mix well. Cover tightly and refrigerate until very cold. Serve as a salad, appetizer or a dip. A Slice of Life. Saturday, March 30, 2013. Meyer Lemon Cheesecake with Raspberry Sauce. Happy Easter. No bunny cakes or cupcakes with nests of chocolate atop them for this year's Easter dinner. Instead, I've opted for a sophisticated and rather decedent cheesecake flavored with lots of juice and zest from slightly sweet Meyer lemons and topped with a lovely raspberry sauce. It just screamed Spring to me. Meyer Lemon Cheesecake with Raspberry Sauce. 188; cup sugar. 1 teaspoon lemon zest. 189; cup butter.

I made an adaptation of their adaptation of Nobu Matsuhisa. S recipe in his cookbook Nobus Vegetarian Cookbook. I also used only about a 1 depth of oil for frying in a 10 skillet. My cooking compatriot (Lynn) wasnt as delighted with overall dish as I was, she loved the dressing and would also use it on a salad (I agree). RECIPE: FRIED ASPARAGUS WITH MISO DRESSING.
