Shine A Light, Girl. Sunday, May 24, 2009. You know how it is when you get a craving for a particular food item and well, just nothing else will do? Usually for me that craving is pizza. I do love me some pizza y'all. We usually get a thin crust with pepperoni and black olives. It's the favorite in our house and all five of us just adore it. Now let me really gross you out. My uuuultimate favorite? Black olives AND green olives. Wow.is anybody still reading? 9 cups rice chex cereal. 1/2 cup peanut butter.

With two little ones and a more jammed-packed-than-it-has-a-right-to-be schedule, I typically don't have as much time as I would like for my two favorite pastimes, reading and writing. However, this summer I have managed to read a fair number of books and am very thankful for that. And one who does not. However, like To Kill a Mockingbird. I thought The Help.

My Other Favorite Things. Monday, April 30, 2012. In the past, I've had some mixed feelings about Taylor Swift. I have lots of positive things to say: she's a great song writer and she's (so far) a positive role model. I'm thrilled to have such a major, young star staying out of trouble and seemingly making good choices. Just hoping she doesn't let me down. So don't you worry your pretty little mind.
