Stitching together the light of other days. Wip} wednesday: many works. This week has seen the happy finish of Turquoise delights, which I wrote about earlier this week. The quilting is to make it a happy two-sided quilt if need be. It is large enough that it can snuggle on a couch, but it will spend time as a baby quilt, so will probably see the floor quite often. Stitching together the light of other days. Turquoise and aqua piece together. I started quilting the Stargazing quilt:. And ran into the awkwardness of turning and turning the whole thing. Even at lap-quilt size, it was surprisingly awkward when the stars are so pointy and so numerous. So it now waits for more enthusiasm. But after I’d put this many together, it was too fun.
