I clearly must be on a banana. Taking inspiration from a smoothie combo.thought this one needed another element to pull this together.thus the shortbread crust. Honestly, that might have been my fav. Part of this pie such a nice crispy contrast to the filling. 1/2 cup powdered sugar substitute. 6 tablespoons of water.
