http://lemonxlemon.blogspot.com/2013/02/clif-family-wine.html
Thursday, February 21, 2013. From the makers of the Clif Bar - Clif Family Wine: THE. Because the jump from nutrition energy bars to wine is the next logical step. But all joking aside, I get it. Power up by day.mellow out by night. Or whenever. I heard drunk climbing can be fun ( and also extremely dangerous, this is NOT an endorsement of such activity! No rocks around here, but a 'bon voyage/suck it you're a wage slave now' gift from the very best (or worst? If they insist on keeping your glass full?

Lemon x Lemon : December 2012
http://lemonxlemon.blogspot.com/2012_12_01_archive.html
Tuesday, December 25, 2012. I'm never quite sure what a traditional Christmas dinner consists of, perhaps a ham or maybe a crisp roast goose? In any event, this year my family kept it intimate and quiet with a nice three-course meal. I was originally going to make my purchases at our local Whole Foods market, but the line of cars snaking out of the parking lot and into the next intersection made me change my mind. So my thanks to Trader Joe's for making this entire meal possible! The best part of summer.

http://lemonxlemon.blogspot.com/2014/08/mom-birthday-dinner.html
Sunday, August 24, 2014. My sister and I took our dad out to a Brazilian churrascaria for his birthday this year. The family had a wonderful time! However, my mom did say that even though she does enjoy a fancy meal occasionally, she's still happy with a simple meal at home. So for my mom's birthday, my sister and I did up a simple family-style meal:. This entire meal was definitely low-stress, fairly easy to prepare! Most importantly, Mom felt appreciated and that's all that matters. 2) Heat up a frying...

Lemon x Lemon : March 2015
http://lemonxlemon.blogspot.com/2015_03_01_archive.html
Wednesday, March 4, 2015. My love affair with oysters. I was fidgeting on my bar stool. I didn't remember what he looked like, even though the last time I saw him was only two days ago. But then again, I had only met him two days ago, as well. It wasn't that his face was forgettable. I remembered thinking that he had very kind eyes, and his hair was some shade of brown. He wasn't that much taller than me. He appeared at my side, looking nothing and everything like I remembered. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

http://lemonxlemon.blogspot.com/2014_08_01_archive.html
Monday, August 25, 2014. Let it be known that I love my parents' culinary expertise, and am deeply appreciative when they cook for me. However, there is one point that we disagree upon. Chicken and Rice (for two). 2 chicken thighs, skin on. Boneless optional. 1 cup of uncooked white jasmine rice. 1 cup white wine, your choice. 6 Pour the win...

Wednesday, July 31, 2013. Cooking Chronicles of UCLA's Most Eligible Bachelor. A person whom I'll now affectionately refer to as the Professor. Has recently taken up the domestic and frugal challenge of making lunch to take to work at his research lab everyday. And because he knows I am a sucker for bento boxes and that Japanese cuisine is one of my all-time favorites, he sends me a picture of his lunch every morning to torture and delight me:. Lemon x Lemon : January 2015
http://lemonxlemon.blogspot.com/2015_01_01_archive.html
Saturday, January 24, 2015. It's been said that the very first restaurant originated in 18th century France, in which a patron might pay for a bowl of tonic, medicinal soup - a 'restorative'. From this, one could see that the name was befitting because a restaurant was, and remains to this day, a place where one might seek restoration. Where am I going? Story of my life.
