There is was all around, in my shoes seeping into my socks making them soggy falling onto my head… SNOW! And it was still just dumping… I knew from the moment I saw the snow, no more Bill Murray Groundhog days for me. BAM! Life is great… been busy but skiing all this snow makes all the stress disappear. It was a hard push and Norquay had to push back their opening day but it’s finally here! We had first planned to Open up for Halloween but that was unfeasible with high temperatures and summer like conditions, but after a drop in temperature and loads of dedication and hard work from the snowmakers we opened up today with one run and two rail features.

Up at Norquay I do everything from ski and snowboard comps, to ski races, fun family and local events, to large corporate functions, groups sales and weddings, lots of weddings in the summer.
