Ironwood Pig Sanctuary Facilities. Ironwood&#8217s New 65,000 Gallon Water Tank. However, the most important thing, particularly during the summer is WATER! With the uncertain situation in the Middle East there may be a fuel crisis resulting in not being able to get diesel fuel for our water trucks. We have a full 500-gallon diesel fuel tank at the sanctuary. This would provide the fuel we would need during a fuel crisis. Original site design donated by Cathy at Belly Draggers Ranch.

Several times over the years we have received calls from local people who are moving and have no way to transport their pig to the new home. We are glad to assist with this and are always happy to hear from people making the effort to keep their pigs rather than pass them on to us!
