Wednesday, September 28, 2011. 6 Peppers (cut off top and bottom but save for recipe). 1 pound ground turkey. 1 cup cooked quinoa. 2 cups tomato sauce. 11/2 tsp. garlic salt. 21/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce. 1 tsp chili powder. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Saute turkey over medium heat in a saucepan. Chop pepper ends and onion. Saute in another pan adding ingredients except quinoa. Bake for 30 minutes. Pilates Fitness and Personal Training. 30 seconds Jumping Jacks.
