We offer Pilates for pregnant women either in a private, semi-private or group lessons. All antenatal clients have a one to one before they join a class, unless they are pre-existing clients. There are some exercises and positions that are contra-indicated for pregnancy in Pilates. All our instructors have had training in antenatal and postnatal pilates and will modify any exercises as necessary in the group classes. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST? Classes are to be booked in a block only, these coincide with the Wandsworth state school terms. It is not possible to take classes on a pay as you go basis. We offer a Make up policy for missed classes, see the Make up page for more details. First Block of classes - 12 per class plus an additional 20 to cover the Principles of Pilates. Pilates for Posture is unusual in that we allow/encourage clients to attend make up classes to increase their attendance for the block of Pilates that they have paid for in advance. Most of the classes are full and therefore spaces for make ups are limited to one per class. In order for this system to work successfully it is very helpful for clients to inform us when they will be away allowing their space to be available for a make up from another class. About absence is very helpful.

Spaces available in Monday evening classes at 7:35 and 8:40, The teen class Tuesday evening at 5:30, Wednesday morning classes at 9:30, and 10:35. The next block of classes will be running from April 16th through Friday July 20th 20178(No classes May 7th or the week of May 28th). Cost is 144 for 12 weeks or 156 for 13 weeks. HIIT classes run for 10 weeks starting Wednesday the 25th of April. The 10 week block costs 110.
