Friday, June 28, 2013. I’m half way through this pregnancy thing, which means, I need to get back to pimpin’ this house. For one, the little bambino needs a legit room. Not a half-ass thrown together room full of stuff we just happen to have nowhere else to put. Which is what the little’s room looks like now. My pregnancy brain is digging Pinterest. I’m also super excited that one of my favorite designers, Emily Henderson. I’m determined to paint the crib gold. Isn’t it fantastic? View my complete profile.

Saturday, January 26, 2013. Long time, no write. I figure I need to do a blog post before January ends. It seems to be the one consistent thing around here since 2008. Get going in January, and trail off towards the end of the year. Or March. I know I really need to post before and after and during pictures of this house. Everyone keeps asking. But dang, that takes so much time! Christmas was spent in Georgetown and was surprisingly relaxing. Shopping done online early? Check Family in town?

Thursday, January 30, 2014. How ever you pronounce it, we loaded the fam up last weekend, and headed to Missouri to visit Jeremy's Grandma. Bless her heart, she's 95 and I don't think she heard a word we said all weekend, but I knew she was happy we were there. First stop was lunch at Saffron Bistro. A fantastic Thai place! The weather is still very changing, still rather cold, but at least some days are really sunny. What a change after the long winter! No need for warm and bulky overalls for the little ones either! A simple spring jacket will do. Pattern: based on two different Ottobre's patterns for a hoodie. Fabrics: Babushkas from Nea Nobelle, ribbing and fleece from Ohlssons tyger.
