Finally, after hearing of this place for so many times, we had the chance to visit it today! Woke up at 8am, started preparing breakfast before we headed to Jacobs Ballas Garden. We parked at Carpark A and it's was a distance to JB! It was less crowded there! We waited for abt 15mins at Carpark A before we can actually parked as the carpark was fulled. They had been sick for more than 1 month and spending more than 1K on their medical fees! After my husband, the virus spread to my sensitive gal, Renise, who is still sick until now. Wednesday, September 28, 2011. Miss CoCo's Virgin Mooncake. Took a leap of faith and made my very first batch of mooncakes. Well, the first batch was made from a recipe I read on the newspaper, by some chef at Capella hotel. No offence, but it turned out like crap. Looks like I still have lots to learn, I'll summarize all my learning points at the end of the blog. Turns out quite ok, but I did make some slight adjustments. Here's what we need:. 189; tsp Alkaline water (or lye water). 188; tsp baking soda.

Don't throw it away, you're gonna miss this amazingly mouthwatering dessert. To start up with, you need to peel off the pomelo grind. Here is the efficient tip for you in case you dont know how to deal with it. 1/cut off the top of the pomelo. 3/Prise one section of rind loose and it will then be somewhat easier to remove the remaining sections. 7-8 tablespoon tapioca powder.

Journal of my baking passion. The perfect place to share something sweet. Tuesday, May 1, 2012. These are by far the BEST muffin I have ever made. wholesome and yet unbelievably yummy. Best of all, it is super easy to make. So, here you go. the Absolutely Divine Banana Muffin! Soften the butter @ room temperature for approx. an hour. Toast walnut at 120C for 8 10mins. Set aside to cool. Sieve flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon powder together. Cream butter and sugar till it light and fluffy.

Tuesday, August 23, 2011. I saw this recipe on the show, James Martin Digs Deep. The chef, James Martin. Started out his own garden and makes a carrot cake using the carrots he grew himself. How amazing! Anyway, I was never a carrot cake fan, but the recipe was so simple, and I thought that a carrot cake would be a delicious yet healthy snack for Jolie! Besides, I recently bought a teddy bear mould and this would be perfect for it! 2 large sized carrots, sliced (those big fat ones sold in the market).
