Friday, April 27, 2012. SLEIGHFUL OF POTATO SALAD. This potato salad is an old family recipe that goes great with leftover turkey sandwiches. Although my Mom has handed the recipe down to me, I still always ask her to make it for family gatherings since everything always tastes better when mom makes it! 6 Potatoes, Medium (Peeled and diced) - I use Yukon Gold Potatoes. 1/2 Cup Onion (Finely chopped). 1/2 Cup Celery (Finely sliced). 5 Eggs (Hard boiled). Salt and Pepper to taste. 2 Tbsp. Sugar. STEP 7: Po...

Christmas Holiday Ideas: CHRISTMAS SHRIMP WREATH
http://christmasholidayideas.blogspot.com/2012/12/christmas-shrimp-wreath.html
Tuesday, December 4, 2012. This shrimp appetizer is one of my all time favorites. Not only is it a crowd pleaser, but it dresses up the table as the perfect holiday centerpiece. The best part? 1 Jar Maraschino Cherries. 1 Jar Cocktail Sauce. After covering the top of the styrofoam inspect the sides (inside and outside) for any styrofoam that is still visible and fill in those spaces with additional kale. STEP 4: Fill a small circular dish with cocktail sauce for dipping and place inside the donut hole.

Wednesday, March 28, 2012. SNOW WHITE SILK GLADIOLUS. Want to make a simple but stunning arrangement for Christmas in just 15 minutes? I bought these silk gladiolus at WalMart for $3.97 each. But, recently my WalMart has downsized its floral department and no longer carry gladiolus. If your local WalMart no longer has a floral department check with Michael's for their floral sales which is usually 40-50% off. Want more creative ideas? Pineapples and Palm Trees. Monday, December 24, 2012. KNEELING SANTA - A SWEET SWEET GIFT. I am unapologetic about my love for all things Christmas whether it be religious or secular. But, like many people I find it very easy to get caught up in the commercial aspect of the season. This precious little figurine of Santa humbly bowing before Baby Jesus is a gentle reminder for me of the true meaning of Christmas when it starts getting too hectic. Friday, October 12, 2012. PREPARING THE MANGER WITH GOOD DEEDS. Non-toxic Glue or Glue Gun. Hay (Sandwich baggie full). Miniature plastic baby doll. Fabric (little piece to wrap baby doll in). This is a fun project to make with children when using non-toxic glue. I have burned myself enough times that I would NOT recommend a child use a glue gun even with adult supervision. STEP 5: Stand the second "X" shaped popsicle sticks and glue one side of the inside top of the second "X" as you did in Step 3 for t...
