www.hurtgen.org: Our Christmas Tree
http://www.hurtgen.org/2013/12/our-christmas-tree.html
Our eighth year of sharing our adventures. Monday, December 30, 2013. Having broken new ground by purchasing a live (roots and all) Christmas tree for 2013, here is a video collage of the rest of the story. The tree looks perfect in our yard and is visible from almost every window in our house. It will be a joyful reminder of Christmas for us all year long. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Our eighth year of sharing our adventures. Tuesday, May 26, 2009. Ballpark Review - Citi Field. Undoubtedly. But is it perfect? Perhaps this is the time to make my major point: the Mets did a phenomenal job with this ballpark. I love every aspect of it. I wouldn't change a thing. Where does Citi Field rank for me? www.hurtgen.org: Ballpark review -- Jacobs Field, Cleveland

Our eighth year of sharing our adventures. Saturday, July 14, 2007. Ballpark review - Jacobs Field, Cleveland. We're all settled into our Holiday Inn hotel room for the night in Strongsville, Ohio, which is about 20 minutes south of Cleveland. Because of the magic of free internet I get the chance to share with you some thoughts on our first visit to Jacobs Field - another in our occasional series of ballpark reviews. We found some standing room at the back of a lower-deck section to catch the final outs...

www.hurtgen.org: Ballpark Review: Yankee Stadium, Bronx, New York

Our eighth year of sharing our adventures. Friday, July 01, 2011. Ballpark Review: Yankee Stadium, Bronx, New York. It was unfortunate for the Brewers that they were given an unfair interleague schedule for the 2011 season - the team had to play BOTH the Red Sox and the Yankees on the road. On the plus side this travesty brought the team close to us here in the northeast. Consequently, Caitlin and I have seen 3 Brewer games this year and we haven't even been to Milwaukee yet. And I now know why almost ev...

Our eighth year of sharing our adventures. Sunday, August 25, 2013. Day 10 - Debarkation and Barcelona. We woke up early, dressed, checked the cabin scrupulously and headed up for one final breakfast in the Lumiere’s dining room. We had our bags with us after saying goodbye one last time to Dennis and Mike they swiped our Key to the World cards a final time and we were back on Spanish soil. Of course we had to find gelato on our last night in Spain and having had our dessert we retired to our rooms for a...

www.hurtgen.org: Ballpark Review -- Great American Ball Park, Cincinnati, Ohio

Our eighth year of sharing our adventures. Wednesday, July 27, 2011. Ballpark Review - Great American Ball Park, Cincinnati, Ohio. Cincinnati's baseball history is as rich as any city in the nation and it has built a ball park which befits that rich heritage. We spent two days in the Queen City, catching a Reds-Mets game on Monday night followed by a ball park tour on Tuesday morning. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Based on a work at www.hurtgen.org. Our eighth year of sharing our adventures. Sunday, July 12, 2009. Ballpark Review: Miller Park, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I don't believe I've ever written an official review of my favorite ballpark, Miller Park in Milwaukee. So here is my entirely biased take on this mecca of baseball goodness. Our eighth year of sharing our adventures. Friday, July 24, 2015. BB&T Ballpark, Winston Salem, and Krispy Kreme. Late night doughnuts at Krispy Kreme. We took a road trip with the Pope branch of the family to attend a Winston Salem Dash baseball game at beautiful BB&T Ballpark. It was a welcome return to Carolina League action for me and a fun night out with cousins for the kids. The Dash were playing the Carolina Mudcats, a team born as a AA franchise during my college years and currently a class A rei...

www.hurtgen.org: Ballpark Review -- Dolphin Stadium
http://www.hurtgen.org/2009/03/ballpark-review-dolphin-stadium.html
Our eighth year of sharing our adventures. Thursday, March 19, 2009. Ballpark Review - Dolphin Stadium. Was staging its last second round game at Miami's Dolphin Stadium, the home of the Florida Marlins. Dolphin Stadium is big - 74,000 seats big, which guarantees that even if the park were ever sold out in its baseball configuration (35,000) you are guaranteed to be starring at tons of empty seats. And those seats are ORANGE! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Based on a work at www.hurtgen.org.
