Extra virgin橄欖油 50c.c. 溫水 290-300c.c. (約35度). 將以上材料揉至不黏手後，待發酵至兩倍大後揉圓，至第二次發酵成兩倍大。取約100g麵團捍圓，約成6吋pizzz。用叉子戳洞，邊緣1cm左右處不戳。預熱烤箱200度，同時讓pizza皮再發酵一會後，烤約10分鐘。這裡就隨意發揮了，因為翔翔鳴鳴偏愛青醬，不愛蕃茄醬，所以用青醬鋪底。因為青醬易焦，所以儘量不要鋪到邊緣，且要用mozzarella蓋住。 Cheese上方的配料就依各人口味，如果要加海鮮，注意不要太厚，擦乾，並用鹽略拌以免沒味道，. 若加肉類，可用絞肉，不然就要略炒過再用。抹蕃茄醬的pizza，上方是貴森森的arugula（芝麻菜）：. 翔翔鳴鳴鋪青醬時難免沾到邊緣，上面的鋪料也放得不夠均勻，為了讓他們看到結果會如何，所以沒有幫他們調整，所以邊緣略焦。翔翔喜歡水果口味，鳴鳴愛鹹口味：. 洋蔥、大蒜切丁（也可加辣椒丁）. 取1/3麵糰揉長條，捍平，鋪上抹醬。造型可以用摺疊，或捲成圓柱，捲圓柱時要捲得鬆一點，內層才烤得到。 Mosel Recipe] 西班牙烤魚 (青醬口味).
