The one that grandpas like. I tried to deny it but it just wouldn’t be denied: older men like just as much as I like them. Or some of them anyway. And when I say older men, I mean men in their 60s . All of us who had gone on the walk were also together on the Aussie’s last night in Singapore. When we said our goodbyes, A kissed me. Ha ha ha! Is being a little selfish always so bad? I’ve been feeling all sorts of weird in the past couple of weeks. (When have I never not been feeling that way? I find myself thinking ungracious thoughts, and on occasion even acting ungraciously. I don’t know why, but is it because I’m older and, therefore, just fed up with the bullshit? I mean, am I not allowed to let myself just be? To feel what I feel, think what I think, and do what I do? And sometimes I do get tired of caring about other people.

One of the best weekends ever. I’m at work and I can’t concentrate. My body hurts – the good kind of hurt. It’s a physical reminder of the extremely physical *wink* weekend that I had. I want more of this! And I want it with Maz. This isn’t a romantic relationship by any means, but I really enjoy what we have. When I first introduced rice cereal to Sage…his first taste of solid food! So I introduced small quantities of Gerber’s 1st pureed vegetables and fruits instead. My first pick was the sweet potato. Sage is turning 1 on October 17 and I should have started planning his first birthday much, much earlier. Like in January of this year! I went in to labor the next day and baby Sage Satoshi was born on October 17 @ 7.44am. Stats: 8lbs 9.6oz and 21 inches. Nana by Emile Zola was first published in 1880 and it’s part of his Rougon Macquart series which I’ve been reading completely out of order. There’s a list on Goodreads which recommends the order they should be read in, you can see it here. I’m not sure if it makes a huge difference to the enjoyment of the books.
