After leaving Brunswick, Georgia. And spending 26 hours in the Atlanta airport. I made it to Florida. Three days of beaches! Diane, me and Rebecca. Enjoying the pier on Navarre Beach. These were our hosts. Cortney is due any day with their first baby. Cortney is Diane's daughter. They were so kind and patient. It was a blast!

Monday, April 4, 2011. I have made several time the marinade with sprite. But I was out of sprite and found this great marinade. Everyone loved it. I even used the leftovers for yummy chicken wraps. Grilled Chicken Cola Marinade. 2 C (16 oz) Coke or Pepsi. 1/3 C soy sauce. 1 T minced garlic. 1/2 C brown sugar. 1 T balsamic vinegar. 1 Combine all ingredients but the chicken in a medium sized bowl. Stir to incorporate well. 3 Discard marinade and grill until cooked through. Listen to melwileys playlist.

Monday, January 24, 2011. This is one of my favorite go to casserole recipes. It makes a ton. So cut the recipe in half if you need to. It also works great with asparagus. Hope you enjoy. 3 lbs chicken cooked and chopped. 1 1/2-2 lbs broccoli chopped. 2 cans cream of chicken soup. 1 can cream of mushroom soup. 3/4 cup mayonnaise not light. 1/2 tsp lemon juice. 1/4 tsp curry powder. 3/4 cup grated Cheddar cheese. 1 cup fine bread crumbs. 1 tbs melted butter. Wednesday, August 3, 2011. Grilled Chicken Alfredo Penne. How long has it been since I posted a recipe on here. Crazy Summer. 2 Chicken breasts grilled with salt pepper and a little garlic powder. Or you can spice it up with a blackened chicken rub. 1/2 cup butter(no subs). 1 clove garlic crushed. 1/2 cup -3/4 cup shredded fresh Parmesan Cheese. Melt all together add chopped grilled chicken. Pour over cooked penne noodles. Easy yummy dinner happiness. Blackened chicken rub(very spicy) not for kids:).
