Motor City Hawks tryout camp. By HockeyNewsNorth.com Staff. August 5, 2015. Motor City Hawks of the U.S. Premier Hockey League will be holding a pre-camp and tryout this Saturday and Sunday (August 8 and 9) at Fraser Hockeyland. Hawks coach Jason McCrimmon advises that sessions will run from 4:10-6:10 pm both days. Cost is $50 for new and potential players. Want to try out for Soo Eagles? By HockeyNewsNorth.com Staff. August 8, 2015. Michigan-based Soo Eagles of the Northern Ontario Jr. Hockey League will be holding their main tryout camp next week. Coach-general manager Bruno Bragagnolo sends a reminder that the Eagles will be holding the main camp on August 14, 15 and 16 at Big Bear Ice Arena in the Michigan Soo.
