Originally from Iowa, Dr. Stoeber grew up participating in athletic activities, including golf, and was active in the Boy Scouts of America. After graduating from a Des Moines High School, he attended Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska for both college and medical school. He then completed pediatric specialty training at the University of Kansas School of Medicine - Wichita. He is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.
