He lived about a year and a half after the diagnosis and ensuing Whipple procedure. That's more than twice as long as most, and we were grateful for each day. Rest well Arie. Monday, November 17, 2008. A Peek at Atid, the Future. Last night's benefit show for the Atid Society at JKHA was a rousing success. 14 songs by 24 artists and musicians produced the magic that reminds us of why we go to see music performed live on stage. The show, Produced by Beth Ravin with Musical Direction by Greg Wall, featured 3 different versions of HaTikvah! We Hope" the live mixes of these tracks sounds as amazing as they did from the stage.
