HYVÄÄ UUTTA VUOTTA 2015! Iso kiitos taas kaikille tästäkin joulusta ja nähdään. Taas ensi jouluna 3. Tänä jouluna tein mummolleni kuivakakun sijaan erilaisia muffinsseja. Kaikissa oli sama hyväksi havaittu. Ohje pohjana vain makua antava ainesosaa muutin. 1/2dl Piimää tai maitoa. 1/2dl- 1dl Makua antavaa ainesosaa. Sekoita kuivat aineet keskenään. Lisää kananmuna, piimä ja voi. Sekoita tasaiseksi ja lisää lopuksi. Makua antava ainesosa eli minun tapauksessa valmistui. 1tl kaneliaa ja 172tl inkivääriä.
