Alison Esther: Sunday in London
http://alisonesther.blogspot.com/2011/10/sunday-in-london.html
Sunday, October 16, 2011. There is a sign for "Dorking" on the way to church. And the house next to it says, " . Butts" and it makes me laugh every time. It's so great that they're right next to each other. My favorite part of today was sitting by Hillary in sacrament meeting. The High Councilman's talk was a little slow (but when I could focus it was really great.on tithing.) She turned to me and really quiet and serious said, "Is it okay if I tickle your back? Alison Esther: June 2011
http://alisonesther.blogspot.com/2011_06_01_archive.html
Monday, June 20, 2011. Last week I went to the Orem Summerfest with John. As soon as we got there we scanned to see what our dinner options were. We ended up with 2 quesadillas, 3 sodas, 1 giant scone, and 1 funnel cake. Carnival food makes me sick every time, but is so worth it. I looked over at John and saw this. He found this Orem Police sticker badge on the grass. I'm not sure why I found it so funny :). It really made the experience. Sunday, June 5, 2011. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). 37- Mr. and ...

Alison Esther: May 2011
http://alisonesther.blogspot.com/2011_05_01_archive.html
Monday, May 23, 2011. When you just swear without realizing. To myself. Had I just suffocated my cat? I started to get out of bed when she regained consciousness and was all startled and upset because I was moving around. I swear she passed out. There is no way a cat can sleep that deep! She's a real trooper. I'm thankful that I didn't suffocate my childhood pet. There was a long twig in the road which John thought was the longest worm he'd ever seen. Sunday, May 15, 2011. Bright, orange and cheerful.

Saturday, October 1, 2011. I switched the name of my blog. Eleanor Louise was the name of the goldfish that John gave me when I was 16 to ask me to Homecoming. I really loved the name and loved the fish, but it didn't even live that long and I figured it was time for a change. Plus it seemed weird posting under a name other than my own. My blog is now Alison Esther. Because I'm Alison Esther. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Mitchellife As We Know It. Freezing, hoping for Spring. 25 things for 25 years.

Alison Esther: "Everyday"
http://alisonesther.blogspot.com/2012/05/tender-mercy.html
Monday, May 7, 2012. Buddy Holly's song "Everyday" came up on Pandora while I was at work today. Every time I hear that song I immediately see daffodils in my head and it makes me so happy. It's all because of this. Scene from my favorite movie, Big Fish. I'm thankful that I finally found a white shirt to wear to Lexie's wedding Saturday! Who knew it would be so hard? May 7, 2012 at 11:31 PM. Alison, Im glad youre blogging again! May 9, 2012 at 4:24 AM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Alison Esther: January 2011
http://alisonesther.blogspot.com/2011_01_01_archive.html
Monday, January 31, 2011. Just ate a whole bag of chocolate chips. I sat by the smart kids in art history today so I got 100% on the group quiz. Where you sit makes all the difference for those "talk to your neighbors" quizzes. I really do love Lucy. Sunday, January 30, 2011. Like that is seriously how she ended the song, it wasn't just an after thought once the song was over. We never could've seen that coming. But it was fun making fun of her and laughing with John. Ambrosia: September 2009
http://ambrosiaparadise.blogspot.com/2009_09_01_archive.html
Thursday, September 24, 2009. From the Dr. Oz Website: A Cowboy Goes Vegan. Saturday, September 5, 2009. I've made this recipe for years and years. It's from a Betty Crocker cookbook called "Southwest Cooking" from 1989. I've made it so often that the book binding broke right at that page so it just falls open to it. This is a great recipe that even kids love. We usually have it with cornbread, which I will attempt to make with soy milk tonight. 3/4 cup chopped onion. 1 clove garlic, finely chopped.
