Monday, December 22, 2014. Visit with Papa (and Uncle Jim). Papa came to visit on Wednesday night. Here are the kids with him on Friday, which was pajama day at school. Monday, July 6, 2015. Daniel found this book on tape, and said, "Mom, how the heck do you use this thing? Once I got out the tape player and he realized he could listen to one of his Magic Treehouse books being read to him, he loved it! The boys had a great time at Cub Scout Day Camp. Sunday, April 26, 2015. We have grass in the backyard! Michael has been wanting to take out the rocks and put in grass since we moved in. We finally got it done! They even put in lighting and a new sidewalk. The other side of the pool is still rock for now, as well as the front. I wasn't that concerned about it, but now that it is done I love it! Sunday, February 8, 2015. It's been an eventful week here! On Thursday, Emily had her Honor Band concert. She got to spend the whole day at the performing arts center next to Nathaniel's school. That evening, we all went to see her concert. Grandpa and Grandma May were there, too. On Friday, the four younger kids had their Booster-thon. The 6th graders even got to do a color run. Sunday, September 7, 2014. Jonathan and Andrew are my August birthday boys! Jonathan wanted a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cake. I don't know why, but I obliged. I can't believe he is 5 and in kindergarten! Andrew wanted balloons on his cake, and this one made him very happy. I usually bake the cakes myself, but we had a particularly busy day that day and he was thrilled to get a store-bought one. The photo-bombing is getting out of control around here! There, that's better. :-). The whole party gang.

Sunday, November 23, 2014. Emily had fun with her bakery project for math. She had to do all sorts of calculations and then discuss the ratios she used for her pan cookie recipe.
