http://chickencoupforthesoul.blogspot.com/2008_09_01_archive.html
Chicken Coup for the Soul. Saturday, September 27, 2008. His wounds are all healing great and his personality is bouncing back little by little every day that goes by. Pre Azure Attack and Surgery. Reggie partakes in Skeleton Lego Wars. He is also a closet Vader fan. Post Azure Attack and Surgery. This was after Brendt and I changed his bandages ourselves for the first time. He was so happy to have the cone off for a little while. We'll keep everyone posted but so far he is doing great! If you go to Drop...

Chicken Coup for the Soul: March 2009
http://chickencoupforthesoul.blogspot.com/2009_03_01_archive.html
Chicken Coup for the Soul. Monday, March 23, 2009. Just a quick post to commemorate the hanging of the last piece of drywall in the basement. Yay! I know this photo makes it look like Brendt is napping on the job, but trust me, he is actually hard at work hanging that last piece of drywall. And here he steps into the fray.and polishes off last of the drywall! So it turns out that 'Soft Duckling' should have been named 'Rubber Ducky' but it doesn't looks so bad with this picture that we already had. We ha...

Chicken Coup for the Soul: October 2009
http://chickencoupforthesoul.blogspot.com/2009_10_01_archive.html
Chicken Coup for the Soul. Saturday, October 31, 2009. Just thought I'd share a few photos of our Halloween festivities. We didn't do much this year since we are so busy finishing up the nursery and getting everything set for the little one's arrival. My brother came over and we carved pumpkins together. Yeah, that's pretty much all we've done for Halloween. =). Brendt was going for the classic pumpkin with a slight twist as one of his eyes is square. Note the ghouls staring out the front door. Spooky.

http://chickencoupforthesoul.blogspot.com/2009_05_01_archive.html
Chicken Coup for the Soul. Wednesday, May 27, 2009. Ok, I haven't posted anything in a long time because Brendt and I haven't been home! I will try to get pics up for all of our latest adventures starting now with our trip to Valentine for Gramma Mae's 85th birthday! I have a ton of pictures so I'll try to keep my comments to a minimum, but you know how I like to ramble. Alright, so here is the woman of honor, Gramma Mae. She turned 85 this year and we all came out to celebrate! Dance party on the porch!

Chicken Coup for the Soul: June 2010
http://chickencoupforthesoul.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html
Chicken Coup for the Soul. Sunday, June 20, 2010. This is actually outside of Hayworth park, right next to the ball fields. And here is the current state of the park itself. Hard to believe that just a few days earlier the dogs were watering trees on the far side of this photo. =). The edge of the flooding. If you look closely you can see the top of a completely submerged picnic table. AFTER shots soon to come. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). A Mills Times 4. This is the last post for 2009!

Chicken Coup for the Soul: August 2008
http://chickencoupforthesoul.blogspot.com/2008_08_01_archive.html
Chicken Coup for the Soul. Sunday, August 31, 2008. Well, see for yourself. We found these shelves at the thrift store. After three coats of black paint, they look fabulous. My dresser also got a healthy dose of black paint. That calendar on the wall was actually made by Japanese monks. Where the wild things sleep. The bathroom upstairs didn't really need much as far as painting or cosmetic work. Here are a couple photos of it after we hung curtains. The office. Our inspiration? Tuesday, August 19, 2008.

Chicken Coup for the Soul: April 2009
http://chickencoupforthesoul.blogspot.com/2009_04_01_archive.html
Chicken Coup for the Soul. Monday, April 27, 2009. So, in case you haven't heard, I work for Cox Omaha, but recently started reporting to my new manager in Phoenix. Fun, eh? Just a quick shot of my first glimpse of Phoenix on my ride from the airport to the car rental place. I felt like such a tourist taking pics already.little known fact: cacti don't begin to grow arms until they are at least fifty years old. There were tons of these alien looking man eating plant things at the park. Creepy. I know, the...

Chicken Coup for the Soul: The Nursery is Finished!
http://chickencoupforthesoul.blogspot.com/2009/11/nursery-is-finished.html
Chicken Coup for the Soul. Sunday, November 8, 2009. The Nursery is Finished! We are VeRy happy and relieved to say that we are finally finished with the nursery- minus a few finishing touches. It was a lot of hard work, but it was worth it and we are so proud of the end result! Hopefully, Baby Hahn loves it as well! I had to spotlight this crazy pendulum clock that we bought off of Etsy.com. We weren't really looking for a clock for the nursery, but when we saw it, we had to have it. A Mills Times 4.

Chicken Coup for the Soul: February 2009
http://chickencoupforthesoul.blogspot.com/2009_02_01_archive.html
Chicken Coup for the Soul. Monday, February 23, 2009. Progress in the Basement. We thought we'd just give a quick update on our progress in the basement. Things are moving along pretty well down there and we are about half done with the drywall, which means before you know it we will be taping, mudding, and sanding! Brendt finally takes a break from laughing at me to help get the demolition started. Here I am planning my attack. And here is my husband mocking my attack. And here is the finished product!
