Call to DADS -Casting Crowns. A lady at one of our concerts in North Carolina told us she and her two boys were living out our song American Dream. After 17 years of marriage and ministry, her husband had quit both. The boys had sent their father a copy of the song. I had to shake my head at the story of the tearful mother trying to hold it all together for two little ones because her husband likes the feel of sand between his toes. A little shack on the Rock wasn’t good enough. Over a castle in the sand.

What I am learning…. I’m writting this bolg because it is amazing me how much I am learning, changing, growing and being challenged on everyday! Its not a coincidence that I’m married to a gorgeous man that is completely opposite to me. Just knowing him more has made me examine my way of doing things, noticing how he does things so differently but equally as well as me. We get things done in such a different way its funny!
