Through the looking glass. I worked my way through these last 48 hours like a stubborn bull. Fists clenched and jaws tightly squeezing in my last drops of strength. Held it in. Paced myself. Kept on going. Only to crash here, now, again, so far away. Seems like the only term of engagement I keep returning to is the "far from here" narrative and clarity. And that it's not the step back that gives me the whole picture, it's the moving ahead, fast-forward style that do. Labels: damn reality check.
