Healthy protein banana pancakes. August 31, 2015. September 3, 2015. In Cooking and baking. Here is my recipe for delicious banana pancakes, that are healthy and packed with protein so perfect for breakfast on the weekend before a gym session! 100g of wholemeal rolled oats. I put these into a blender to form a flour type consistency. 2 large egg whites. 1 mashed up banana. 1 tsp of baking powder. 1 scoop of protein powder (about 25g, this is optional! Repeat the process until you have used all the batter!
