Centre of Excellence for Modelling the Atmosphere and Climate. Ice-sheet models are used to simulate the evolution, dynamics and thermodynamics of ice sheets during present day conditions, or the larger ice sheets present on the northern hemisphere during past glacial climatic periods. They can be used to study drivers and impacts of large-scale glacial interglacial cycles in the past, or to estimate how future climate change may lead to changes in ice sheet conditions. 8211; Community Ice Sheet Model.

I contribute to a number of open-source projects. Come find me on github: @jhkennedy. Currently LIVVkit is designed to work with the Community Ice Sheet Model (CISM), but should be easily extensible to other ice sheet models. The latest release can be found on github: LIVVkit. Git clone git@github.com:LIVVkit/master.git. Git clone git@github.com:CISM/cism.git. Lution model with R. FEvoR is currently being integrated into PISM (the Parallel Ice Sheet Model).
