A few very questionable items - Thrift Shop Horrors

A few very questionable items - Thrift Shop Horrors. A few very questionable items. Mar 26th, 2014 12:33 am. Away laughing on a fast camel. What compels people to make awful sculptures of children? Their eyes were just empty sockets. Unseeing, they gaze into the distance, contemplating the ineptitude of their creator. In stark contrast to the pair above, the PUG BOWL ARMY has more eyes than it could ever possibly need:. Want your kids to behave? Marshalls is sort of a rich people's thrift store, right?

Do you think that SGI could be for me?: soka_gakkai

Snarking toward Enlightenment (. Do you think that SGI could be for me? If a religion already practices, as a regular discipline, with a community, what I already believe, then it makes no sense to re-invent the wheel. Anyway I am asking what others' experience is, and if anyone is coming from another form of Buddhism? What have you found here? Post a new comment. Anonymous comments are disabled in this journal. Taking over the world one day at a time. Hit me up to be added. If i don't add you back, please don't take it personal. Posted on Dec. 1st, 2020 at 10:12 pm. I just wanted to say how much I admire your keeping the Obama Blackfolk community up. It should be Obama Bispofolk. :). Posted on Apr. 26th, 2009 03:18 am (UTC). Thanks, it's funny. there aren't any other communities who "get it" when it comes to this election and obama. i'm tired of needing to explain things, you know? Powered by LiveJournal.com.

When your career hit a new low..: soka_gakkai

美齡アントニア / 미령 (. When your career hit a new low. How much daimoku and kosen rufu activities do you need to do to climb back up? I'm experiencing a very negative time of my career (what career? I've been doing lots of chanting, taking part in SGI activities (including joining as exhibition guide for an upcoming exhibition "Transforming the Human Spirit") and trying to have dialogues with people about humanism. So I'm now chanting for the guidance, the wisdom to find a suitable and fulfilling career, someth...

Because it's that kind of place. Separately I'm plugging away with school, I wrote an article for XO Jane about Willow Smith. Or Leave a comment. And I hope you feel bett...

Angry Asian Buddhist: The Emerging Face of Buddhism
http://www.angryasianbuddhist.com/2011/04/emerging-face-of-buddhism.html
April 6, 2011. The Emerging Face of Buddhism. By Barbara O’Brien pointed me to a great article by Jane Iwamura, “ On Asian Religions without Asians. 8221; A commenter asked O’Brien for her related thoughts on the upcoming Buddhist Geeks conference. In her response, O’Brien mused, “And are there any Asians at all in the line-up? It’s almost Exhibit A of what Jane Iwamura is talking about.” I had to check it out for myself. A picture is worth a thousand words, I’m told, and hopefully at least this on...

Heard "Nam-myoho-renge-kyo" on Generation Kill: soka_gakkai
http://soka-gakkai.livejournal.com/156182.html
Heard "Nam-myoho-renge-kyo" on Generation Kill. I've just started watching Generation Kill. On HBO (time delayed on my PVR). Right off it feels pretty much right; I was never a Marine, but I've worked with Marines, Army, and Navy when I was in the Air Force and people really talk and act this way. I am not very far into it, but it has promise as a fairly realistic portrayal of what life is like for combat troops. Post a new comment. Anonymous comments are disabled in this journal. Feminism, choices, and children - Child Free: Feminism

Feminism, choices, and children - Child Free: Feminism. Feminism, choices, and children. Dec 5th, 2007 12:18 am. So here's my question: we all know that feminism means being about the right to make choices. But does it mean that we have to support even the stupid or reckless choices? As women, we all have the right. To have children; shouldn't we also have the duty. To use that right responsibly? Or do we have the right to say "Grow up and stop being a dumbass - it's not all about you"? Women SHOULD be r...
