Monday, July 23, 2012. We started dieting at the office? Yeah, that didn't last long. Now it's my bf and me. We're on the keto diet. I've been eating a lot of eggs lately. So, in honor of a couple of my favorite foods (eggs and bacon - jeezus, I love breakfast), here are a couple of things I like to cook. I line a cookie sheet with foil and lay the bacon out on it. No need for a rack. Keep the fat. Put it in a cold oven and then turn it to 400 (F). Let it bake for 15-20 minutes. Links to this post.
