Los Ojos, NM ---- This is an odd one. In the very tiny town of Los Ojos in Northern New Mexico is a folk shrine called Our Lady of Lourdes Grotto. It was built into the side of a hill under a roadway by the local residents and dedicated to Saint Bernadette Soubirou who saw an apparition of Mary in France. There is an interesting video online where local historian Larry Torres gives a small tour of the shrine. See here:
