Who or what is Shumbles …. From Ballymote to Brazil. Happy Christmas y’all and Cheerio WordPress. Toad of eh Base Camp and the Brazilian kickboxer. Dr Judgemental and the cans of doom. Doctors. They’re very black and white in my experience. At times detached: have you ever been ushered out the door about two seconds after your bum has hit the seat? That’ll be 50 please. Baffling at times. I don’t want the Latin explanation for my ailment, English will do just fine and hand over the drugs my good man!

Three things every day to feel good about. Reasons to be Cheerful. Thursday, 12th July. 1 Sun was out when I was driving in to The Roundabout Gallery. Amazing how a bit of light in your face can make the world seem a better place! It didn’t hurt that I was listening to the all-round fabulousness of ‘Let’s Stay Together’ by Roxy Music! 2 Yum almond n’ apricot scone for brekkie.
