Dust -N- Em: November 2010
http://dustemhenderson.blogspot.com/2010_11_01_archive.html
Tuesday, November 30, 2010. Ready or Not . . . I can't believe the snow that we already have and I hear we are supposed to get more. Crazy! At least my boys love it . . . I promise Drew was having fun, until he realized his hands were too cold and started to hurt. After a cup of hot chocolate he was asking to go out again. Here is a photo flashback to catch up the last few months. Despite the trouble, it was a fun night. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Momma McGee and Her Boys. Chris and Cindy Merrill.

Dust -N- Em: The House That Built Me
http://dustemhenderson.blogspot.com/2011/03/house-that-built-me.html
Tuesday, March 22, 2011. The House That Built Me. If you haven't heard the song "The House That Built Me" by Miranda Lambert go to the right side of my blog right now and listen to it (song # 5). I love the song! It always gets me thinking about the house that built me. It was the best place ever for a kid to grow up. Never mind that it was under 1000 square feet and had a few other issues I won't mention. I loved reading your memories, my childhood home holds some special memories too and I went back to...

Sunday, November 29, 2009. I know I am late, but I have to share my tiger and monkey with you. They were so cute in their Halloween costumes and Drew loved the idea of trick or treating. His eyes lit up when his dad explained how it all worked. "I get canny [candy]? Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Momma McGee and Her Boys. Chris and Cindy Merrill. Life is just a chair of Bowlies. Monday, January 4, 2010. Two Thousand Ten Begins. It's a new year! I love the fresh start that each new year brings. This one holds a biggie for me. I am turning 30! I remember when Dustin turned thirty and he acted like it was no big deal. It is a big deal! So, I am going to try to grow up in the next 6 months so I will be ready for the big shift into adulthood in June (and secretly hoping that I can find ways to not make it obvious to the unknowing onlooker that I have lost my youth :). Be always at wa...

Dust -N- Em: Survival
http://dustemhenderson.blogspot.com/2011/04/survival.html
Saturday, April 2, 2011. Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up. It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed. Every morning in Africa, a lion wakes up. It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve. It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle. When the sun comes up you'd better be running. I wish I knew who authored this quote. I love it! I hear you on that one! April 3, 2011 at 4:44 PM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).
