Sunday, April 15, 2012. In December 2011 I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, I chose not to take medicine at this time but instead to control the disease with food. I stopped eating all animal products, the hardest was to stop the milk in my coffee in the morning. my new lifestyle consist of fruits, vegetables, nuts, dehydrated food, almond milk, water, juicing. Monday, September 5, 2011. I have been feeling a little down lately, I don't know what it is about because it is not me, I am generally a positive person and this is a very weird feeling. For the last 3 weeks I have been taking hormone therapy treatment, for mild hot flashes, and that might be the reason of my funk, but I am not sure of that.
