Nashville by the Slice. Taste of Italy (Downtown). Reviewing the Taste of Italy downtown is a result of two failed initial plans. When I started this Summer, I had every intention of going to alternate locations of places I’ve visited in the past. I reviewed the downtown location during the original Pizza Summer. The last time I ate and reviewed Taste of Italy, I loved it! Good to know there is a good option for pizza in downtown Nashville! I was beginning to lose faith. My pizza ran right aroun $9.
