Monday, January 31, 2011. Hard to believe we are at the end of January already. I lost 6.4lbs in Jan. Not bad, but definitely. Not where I could be. I had a great birthday weekend. Friday night I stayed on the plan I laid out for myself (with a soup change). Tomato Bisque, side salad and 2 pita bread sticks. I did have 3 drinks, but still feel good with my eating. Now comes the bad news. Saturday was rough. After dinner Friday. Night a few of us went to the church to organize the garage sale stuff, didn't.
