Thursday, September 27, 2012. Sleep Deprivation and Coordination or Lack Thereof. Upon by the others. Ha! Really though, I hopped back up quickly, chuckled, assured the trainer and the rest of the class that I was "okay" and kept right on going. I barely missed a beat or so it seemed in my fatigued, embarrassed, slightly bruised reality. Life lesson learned: anticipate subpar athletic performance after severe sleep deprivation and prepare for potential injury and embarrassment. Drok it Like it's Hoth.

Wednesday, March 20, 2013. Daddy's Gone Potty Fishin'. Last week on a morning quite like many others, the monotony was broken by a distraught sounding Caleb shout-crying from the bathroom. I knew immediately that something dreadful had happened and I assumed correctly; Caleb had dropped a toy into the toilet. Bodily waste. And it wasn't the firm, contained, log-version, it was more of the flaky, floating type. I heard his swift footsteps as he ascended the stairs and then he appeared; my knight, my love!
