It can be applied to anything, expectations, mistakes, offenses. So far this has served me really well with relationships, and not getting weirdly annoyed or grumpy about trite things. I also feel like this year is supposed to be a year of detoxification in all areas of my life. I've been putting sleep as a priority and making sure to eat breakfast.

Women - Push me in a corner. Dec 3rd, 2010 09:46 pm. I'm really thankful I don't compare myself to other girls like I used to when I was younger. I'm really thankful I don't find myself getting jealous that often. I think it's so messed up and shitty how we as women are encouraged to fight and judge and back stab each other based on jealousy. Men do it too, I just feel like it's more socially acceptable for women to openly judge other women because they feel threatened. It's just incredibly destructive.

I feel like I can distinguish really great days even better than I used to. It was pretty out. I did lots of homework and felt good about it. I didn't have to work. I had nice time with Carlye, nice time with Kayla and Peggy. Went to a beautiful Taize service at St James. I'm drinking green tea. I have enough to pay rent. You are so fun.

I decided I absolutely needed to write the happy news of my new job. My job will be to help with the program, so to lead groups in games or activities, assist clients in anyway (many of them are in wheelchairs), and serve lunch. I will be working between 35 and 40 hours, from 9-5 with full benefits! This is honestly the best possible scenario. I'm starting...

Folks may or may not know that this summer I discovered that I am “pre-diabetic.” My pancreas does not work as well as yours. If I stop stressing my pancreas, it will probably continue working just fine for the rest of my life. I have to stop eating things that stress it out – which is basically all carbohydrates. Red wine is low carb, as are small portions of dark chocolate.

Just another WordPress.com weblog. 2013 November 17 in Uncategorized. 2-3 sausages, or bacon, chopped. 1 onion, chopped. 3/4 cup low-carb baking mix. 2 cups grated cheese. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease muffin pan. Saute sausage, onion, and veggies, and set aside. In separate bowl, whisk eggs. Stir in baking mix and cheese. Add veggies and sausage. Bake in muffin tin 20 minutes, or mini-muffin tin 10-15 minutes. Makes 12 muffins, or 24 mini-muffins.
