Dear Hershey's, Good bye! 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk. 4 (1 ounce) squares semisweet chocolate. 2 tablespoons butter (no substitutes). 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. In a heavy saucepan, combine the milk, chocolate and butter. Cook and stir over medium-low heat until chocolate is melted. Remove from the heat; stir in vanilla. This is one of the easiest things I have ever made! Oh and I used semi sweet chips instead squares. Saturday, June 11, 2011. People can be Amazing.

They are dynamic and constantly evolving. This commandment in particular is a relatively new one for me. I have been honing and refining it as I have been reading Robert Rowland Smith’s book. Yalom introduces us to a Nietzsche whose ideas are disturbingly similar to someone suffering from a Major Depressive or Dysthymic disorder.
