On the Road to All 50: February 2014
http://www.ontheroadtoall50.com/2014_02_01_archive.html
Tuesday, February 4, 2014. Wall Drug and the Badlands. When we sat down to book this trip, we figured that after a 3 hour drive from Mitchell, it might be a nice idea to spend the night in Wall. I read that motel rooms booked up quickly there so I was pleased to find an available room (with a good rate! Our room was perfectly nice and after we checked in and dropped off our bags, we were ready to explore Wall Drug. I mentally checked it away and knew I would get there someday. You really can find anything.

On the Road to All 50: May 2013
http://www.ontheroadtoall50.com/2013_05_01_archive.html
Tuesday, May 14, 2013. Before seeing a Food Network show that featured butter burgers, I had no idea that such a thing existed. The thought of a slab of butter melting over a hot burger made my mouth water so much that I vowed as soon as I found myself in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, I would sample this deliciousness. And sample them I did. After doing a fair amount of research on where to find the best butter burger, we decided to give Solly’s Grille. If you find yourself in M. Solly’s is located at. Born and ...

On the Road to All 50: The Long and Non-Winding Road between Mitchell and Wall

Tuesday, January 21, 2014. The Long and Non-Winding Road between Mitchell and Wall. There is no way that I can make the three hour drive between Mitchell and Wall sound exciting. COWS…yay! Nope, can’t do it. Impossible. During the ride, we saw lots and lots of wide open spaces which in reality, are quite breathtaking. It would be hard to imagine this much untouched land back in New York. Developers would have a field day with it. Fields full of sunflowers disappeared as quickly as they appeared. Didn't a...

On the Road to All 50: October 2012
http://www.ontheroadtoall50.com/2012_10_01_archive.html
Thursday, October 18, 2012. Where have you gone, Joe DiMaggio? I know, I know. It's been a long time since I have posted on my little blog. But the past few weeks have been a bit insane, to say the least. My husband and I recently moved into a new apartment and between weddings, birthdays, furniture shopping and football season, we haven't had much time to ourselves! To put things into perspective - we traveled to Milwaukee at the end of August and I have yet to upload my photos. Lazy blogger.

Neil and Julie: January 2011
http://neilandjulieoldham.blogspot.com/2011_01_01_archive.html
Friday, January 7, 2011. Today was a windy day. I love to hear the wind outside. The house creaks as large gusts are thrown against it. To feel the power of a spring storm outside all around me, but to be safely sheltered inside a warm house; it's a beautiful contradiction. Last night the moon smiled at me. As I was driving home I looked up in the sky and a golden cheshire cat smile was hovering above the horizon. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). There was an error in this gadget. Neil and Julie: 38 Week Bumpdate
http://neilandjulieoldham.blogspot.com/2012/10/38-week-bumpdate.html
Thursday, October 25, 2012. 20 lbs (or 35 from my lowest low). 189-20.9 inches, 6.2-9.2 lb.). Baby might have an inch or so of hair already. Her head is now about the same circumference as her abdomen. Comfort is key nowadays. We are making it just fine - I stay in pajamas most of the day, which I'm sure Neil loves. Ah what a glamorous wife he has ;). We are having a Girl! So there is the stomach bumping, and the night time bathroom visits (about 2 per night), the weird dreams, and random cramps and ache...

Neil and Julie: September 2012
http://neilandjulieoldham.blogspot.com/2012_09_01_archive.html
Saturday, September 29, 2012. 15 lbs (or 30 from my lowest low). Average size: 17.2-18.7 inches, 4.2-5.8 lb. Things are going good clothing wise. I'm getting a chance to be a little creative here as I get bigger and bigger and the last few weeks of summer are still hanging on. We are having a Girl! She immediately kicked a big kick - Yes! Neil hopped right up and turned on James Taylor. She kicked and kicked the whole time the song was on. I guess we have a James Taylor girl :). I remembered from our Lab...

Neil and Julie: July 2012
http://neilandjulieoldham.blogspot.com/2012_07_01_archive.html
Thursday, July 26, 2012. 3 lbs (or 18 from my lowest low). 136-14.8 inches, 1.5-2.2 lb. It is surprising how much bigger by belly can look from one outfit to the next. Apparently my outfit on Sunday was quite accentuating as I got a lot of comments about my growing belly! Girl, Girl, Girl! Its a sweetie little Girl! I caught a cold this week, so the last two nights sleeping has been hard. I've been trying to sit up, and that makes getting comfortable difficult. But that isn't the baby's fault! It was the...
