And then about 45 minutes before he got home, my back started hurting. for no reason. sometimes it just does that. And I laid on the floor with my feet on the couch for most of the rest of the evening, and he brought me pizza and told me not to do anything but lay there. Seriously, what a swell guy! How did I get so lucky?

Thankfully, I overheard one of my former farmer co-workers talk about how they used to make cucumber water, and it was delicious, and so naturally I looked it up. And it was, indeed delicious and so so simple. Fill a pitcher with water. Clean and slice one cucumber. Place cucumber in water. Squeeze juice of one lime {or lemon. or neither} in water.
