Thursday, March 18, 2010. Oh, it was so much fun this week to go to the Dallas Arboretum. It is our little tradition to go at least once in the spring to see all of the flowers. Plus, they have face painting and a petting zoo for the kids on Mondays. This was one of the first years that I have been able to go and the kids didn't run away from me and were really good at the Arboretum! We spent four hours there, which was a little too much for me. Sunday, September 05, 2010. Labor Day Weekend Trip. You know how we like our little family vacations. We couldn't go too far this year, but we did plan a last-minute getaway to the Hyatt Hill Country Resort in San Antonio. We just planned to hang out there on there little beach and pool. It was cool! He has a great sense of humor and has blossomed into a young boy full of energy and life. He just loves everyone and is so kind and thoughtful. We are so blessed to have him. Sunday, February 14, 2010. Kaitlyn is 5 Years and Disney World. Okay, I have been dead tired lately, but wouldn't give up a chance to go to Disney World with the kiddos before having three! Kaitlyn loved it and so did Jackson. She loved riding the Runaway train three times! Jackson loved the Winnie The Pooh play area. The Magic Kingdom was the best. They loved the parades and the shows. They couldn't believe that they got to meet the real Mickey, Minnie, Tigger, Woody and Buzz! Here are some pics!

Tuesday, September 29, 2009. They say that a child's mind is the most creative between 3 and 5. Kaitlyn's little mind is working overtime. Today, she pretended to be a bunny all afternoon. She stayed in character and ate carrots and drank water. She made her own bunny-home, hopped like a bunny and didn't talk like a bunny. She then proceeded to make a map to her bunny-home.
