Monday, December 05, 2011. Aubbie night and driving school. After an unfortunate run-in with a speeding ticket in a very particular county of North Carolina, I decided to take a defensive driving course (it reduced the violation and did not cause my insurance to go up - good news! But really it was no fun. And with Zach's schedule around the holidays, it was nearly impossible for me to get to the class. Enter Aubbie. Laney, Emme and Aub had a great time, as always. Jumpy-jumpy at the mall - thanks, Aub!

Tucked Inside My Heart. Saturday, June 28, 2008. Colonial Kids Day Camp. On Friday, Chelsi attended the "Colonial Kids" day camp at the Carter Mansion. This mansion is rich with history of Tennessee.and actually before Tennessee was even a state! It is the oldest frame house in our fine state! IT was built between 1775-1781, when most people on the frontier were living in log cabins with chimneys made of sticks, mud and fieldstone. Here are a bunch of pictures from her day! Tucked Inside My Heart. Sunday, March 30, 2008. THE 5 FINGER PRAYER. This is such a great idea! I have no idea where this originated.but someone was quite clever in suggesting a pattern by which to pray:. 1 Your thumb is nearest you. So begin your prayers by praying for those closest to you. They are the easiest to remember. To pray for our loved ones is, as C. S. Lewis once said, a 'sweet duty.'. 2 The next finger is the pointing finger. 3 The next finger is the tallest finger.
