Tradicionalment a Catalunya "anar a fer el vermut" volia dir fer un àpat lleuger just abans de dinar. El "vermut" era una ocasió social, que sovint es feia amb amics i família. Era un costum molt català, en el qual es prenia, per beure vermut o cervesa i per picar olives que eren essencials, també hi havia, anxoves, patates del xurrer, ametlles, i escopinyes amb una salsa un toc picant. Tenim una amplia varietat de platets. A la nostra carta, i a més cada dia elaborem diversos plats del dia segons els ingredients de temporada. AMANIDES i PLATETS SANS. Ensalada típica "xató" con bacalao, atún y anchoas. Amanida amb samosa de formatge de cabra. Ensalada con samosa de queso de cabra. Amanida tèbia de brots d'espinacs amb bacó, pinyons i ceba liofilitzada. Tibia de brotes de espinacas con beicon, piñones y cebolla liofilizada.
