中国科学院北京基因组研究所基因组测序平台拥有一代、二代、三代测序仪多台套，包括毛细管电泳测序仪3730XL，二代Illumina Hiseq2000高通量测序仪，罗氏454测序仪，Life Tech Ion Proton测序仪和SOLiD测序仪，三代单分子测序仪PacBio RSII以及基因分型SEQUENOM MassARRAY系统等。 PacBio RSII基于单分子检测技术测序仪，是美国Pacific Biosciences公司推出的新型测序仪，它是通过检测单个DNA分子聚合酶反应过程释放的信号获取DNA碱基顺序的测序系统，具有测序读长长 平均4kb以上，最长可达20kb-30以上 ，文库准备无PCR扩增，可直接检测DNA甲基化修饰信息等特点，适合于基因组de novo测序、基因组结构变异测序、准种鉴定测序、基因组表观修饰测序、全长转录组测序研究等. 离子半导体 Ion Torrent sequencing. 5,500 bp to 8,500 bp avg (10,000 bp N50); maximum read length 30,000 bases. 首先，中心充分利用院大型仪器设备共享管理平台和智能卡管理系统促进对共享仪器的规范管理和高效共享，中心目前有24台/套仪器设备通过共享网在区域中心或研究所共享使用，共享仪器的共享率不断提高，其中测序仪和高性能计算机系统基本满负荷运行，生物功能分析类共享仪器设备的平均共享率达79.27% 2013年10月到2014年3月 目前我所使用共享网的用户达171人，大型机用户达347人。 MD ImageXpress Micro XLS.
