Driving over there in an automatic rig and crutching into the building was no big deal. Nice to be somewhat self-sufficient. I rode the bike and managed to get my knee to bend all the way around. Well, I sort of dropped the ball on this blog about a month after my ACL surgery last August. It happened to coincide with the point when things at work started getting really busy and I no longer had time to write in between sleep, work, eating, PT and more work. 1 He cleaned out the tear under my knee cap. I spent another hour over at the PT place tonight. Quick rundown:. Bike for 10 minutes. Calf stretching on a board. Standing leg lifts (20 front, 20 side, 20 back). A million ways to create with paper! I love cards with dimension and pop-ups, but I sometimes have trouble working it into my designs. The Bliss set from Stampin’ Up! Lends itself well to that style. I used an older color, Sage Shadow, as well as Chocolate Chip with the Top Note Die and Butterfly punch. I also threaded Chocolate Chip ribbon through a button. I finished the card off with a little bird inside and I stamped the envelope to match. Which has to be one of the most versatile sets they have.
