Choose Your Own Adventures: June 2015
http://theloehrmannfamily.blogspot.com/2015_06_01_archive.html
Choose Your Own Adventures. Celebrating life one day at a time. We women have a lot to learn about simplifying our lives. We have to decide what is important and then move along at a pace that is comfortable for us. We have to develop the maturity to stop trying to prove something. We have to learn to be content with what we are." Marjorie Pay Hinckley. Loehrmann Family Favorite Recipes. Thursday, June 18, 2015. Boys and Men Still Play with Lego. Wednesday, June 17, 2015. The small moments that make our life. Peace out, Fall! We woke up to about a million inches of snow this morning. Nathaniel reminded me last week that it always snows at least once before Halloween.but I secretly didn't believe him. It was so nice last week! There was NO WAY snow was coming. Then BAM.in my face. 10 points, Rexburg.you got me good. We zipped Ember up in her slightly-too-big cozy suit and took her out to explore the white stuff. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). The small moments that make our life. We had a lovely Easter spending time with family and listening to LDS General Conference. Since conference sessions were from noon-2:00pm and 4:00-6:00pm here, both kids napped during the morning sessions and Nathaniel and I got to really listen together! We spent the afternoon's at my parent's house eating too much food and swooning over Ember's hysterical wittiness and Akston's new walking legs. We missed all our family west of us! Grandpa is the best bunny around!

The small moments that make our life. One of my resolutions this year is to keep a better record of our little fam. It's only been, what.a YEAR since I posted? Well that's a bit depressing.but what better time to start anew than today? For those of you that don't know, we moved from sweet little Rexburg, ID in February! It was kind of a whirlwind month. Looking back we have no idea how we even did it! For now, we are in Virginia living with my parents and sister. Within two weeks of being here Nathan...

The small moments that make our life. Those silly due dates aren't TOO bad at telling the truth after all. :) Our sweet little Ember was born on July 2 at 4:43pm. She weighed in at 8lb. 4oz. and measured 20 inches long. Perfection. We are so in love. On her due date (July 1st), we woke up a bit disappointed that I was still big and pregnant and showing no signs that she was coming any time soon. So, we went to church.so I could learn some patience. :). Thaniel, put on your sneakers! He gave me my paperwo...

The small moments that make our life. Ember is now a whopping TWO months old! She is getting bigger and bigger everyday and is such a joy to have around. Weight: 10 lbs. 10 oz. (50th percentile). Height: 23 in. (75th percentile). Head circumference: I don't remember the exact number, but she's in the 75th percentile for that, too. Eye color: Deep adorable blue.
